I have a Soyo dragon system model# SY-P4I845PE motherboard and it has the ability to utilize RAID. I installed the RAID drivers that came with the Soyo disc, Windows sees them in device manager. I have 3 slots all IDE channel. I set the jumper accordingly to what the manual says for this board as I am using 2 exactly the same Western Digital HDD's, 80gig, I have tried all three options for the RAID config and after it is done it will boot to windows but under my computer there is no DRive and also in device manager it does not see the drive either what gives?? :D

Which raid level are you trying to do? Raid 0 or 1?

It also looks like you're adding the raid to an Existing system? Ist that correct?

Are the two drives connected to the RAID channel and the third drive on it's own channel?

:D I am trying to use either or of raid 0 or 1, I have 3 ide channels, the first one is my master drive, the second channel is my tape drive and dvd drive and the third is the only one you can use raid on and i have 2 drives on that one. Yes I am adding the raid to an existing system.
