I had a bad install of Windows 7... and now whenever I restart my Vista system a boot menu comes up asking if I want to go into Windows 7 or Vista.

How can I remove this menu... and how can I remove the Win7 things that may have installed?

    Thank you :)

    Indeed!

The annoying boot menu now does not appear.

Is it possible to isolate and delete whatever Windows7 unsuccessfully installed?

You'd have to describe what exactly happened, but in case of of an upgrade I doubt you'll be able to harmlessly sort out what is a real Vista and what was partially installed by Win 7.
