Windows Update - Error 0x80244001

    When I try to access Windows Update I get an error 0x80244001. When I go to the Windows Updater Troubleshooter page an click on the link for this error all I get is a blank screen. My other PC on the same network accesses the updates no problem. I don't have a firewall on either pc.

    Can anyone see the troubleshooter help file?
