    Dear Friends

I know in Vista there is a special appirance of windows switching, there is an option to see all the open windows on the desktop & select the desire window & the way windows r opened & closed , unfortantly in my Vista the switcher is behaving like in XP & in the taskbar options the show window preview (thumbnails) is teruned off, I will be glad to get some advice from u guys.

    Thanks

You need to have the Aero theme enabled (Personalization>Windows Color and Appearance, click the "Open classic appearance properties for more color options" link, select Aero in the drop-down list) and a compatible video card to get what I think are the effects you want. Aero is not included in Home Basic.

Once Aero is enabled, you will get the taskbar thumbnails. Use the Windows key/Tab key combination to get "Windows Flip 3D" to work.
