windows sticks

    when I am on various programs on my p/c at various times the window sticks / for a few seconds at a time the mouse and keyboard become unresponsive then all of a sudden it will resume then at a later time it happens again. I checked all the basics that I know(connections, power supply, batteries etc.)

    When this started?
    Do you have installed recent hardware?
    Do you have installed recent applications?
    See the process in Task Manager, try to look at the processor time or CPU, the system hidle time must be under 90% or more.
    What kind of computer do you have?
