    Hi all

Just a query as something happened on a system today that I haven't seen before. Had some corrupt registry files so decided a Windows Repair was in order. As I have two drives in RAID 0 with my Win XP OS on, I had to do the F6 thing and install the RAID and Storage Controller drivers. The strange part is, when I get to the part where it shows you the existing partition, in my experience it should show the Windows directory in the C: partition and therefore allow you to repair that installation of windows. In this case, it only shows me the C:\ Partition 1 Unknown (NTFS) and I don't get the option to repair.

Am I missing something fundamental here? I've done this many times before without this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Get the hard disk drive utilities from the manufacturer, & test the disks. They may be failing.
