Thanks to the excellent security in XP, thet're encrypted. You won't be able to delete anybody's passwork unless you already know what it is. The exception to that is the Administrators password and even then you cannot change it without knowing the present version or else you have created a "Reset" disk to do the job. Of course creating an Admin. reset disk requires you to know the current Admin. password. Neat deal, what? ;)

I suppose there are cracks to do the job but we can't discuss such things here.

If you mean to completely delete the users account, log in with Admin. rights and go to Control Panel > Users Accounts > and you can dump them right there.

I was not clear enough in my original post. I am referring to when I go to a website and type in the first letter of the user name and it offers me the full name and will also insert the password. I have some that have three options because it is my email address and it has changed twice now. I would like to delete the bad ones if I can find where they are stored in Windows.

    Thanks for any help.

You won't find them, they are stored in the registry but also encrypted.

What you can do is to 'bring them up', and then (when highlighted) hit the Delete key. This will delete that particular entry.
