Reliability Monitor is the Best Windows Troubleshooting Tool You Aren’t Using

I stumbled across this tool yesterday, and I was wondering if anyone here has ever used it before. To find it, you have to click on the start menu in Windows 7 (and 8 / 8.1), and type in view reliability history. I haven't had much time to devote to the tool, or the article, but it looks intriguing.

You can find it in Control Panel/Action Center.

My weekly graph runs all over the place, with an overall average of about 5 or more I guess. It stayed a solid 10 for a few days after I setup the computer, but the graph started fluctuating after that.
