Windows Media Player: Where did the Options go?

    I'm running Vista and Windows Media Player (The latest version) and I'm having some trouble. Where'd all the options go?! Such as File, Play, Tools, etc?

    I need it because I just installed iTunes + Quicktime (Hooray new iPod for Christmas!) and I cannot open .mp3 files from the Internet unless I save them. I need to set the file types as the defaults.
