When I play an mp3 song using my WMP 12 I have to select Visualization/Alchemy/Random.
After that the Visualization will display on my screen as the song plays. As long as I don't close WMP 12 all songs played will show the Visualization screen.
My problem is that when I close the WMP 12 my settings will not stick.
The next time I start WMP 12 Album Art comes up and I have to reselect Visualization all over again.
An suggestion on why my settings will not stay as selected.

I haven't actually used WMP12 but is there another way to change it? Maybe some other options where it will be saved?

Hi there is a way how you can permanently select one visualization and it won't reset when you close WMP 12. When you play a song and then right click on the blue screen of WMP and select a visualization, it might be temporary but for a permanent solution, here is what you can do.

Switch the view of WMP and on the top left corner there is an Organize button, click it and drop down menu appears. Click on options and then go to plug-ins tab. In the category column the first option is Visualization. And on the right you get different visualizations that you may select. Select any one of them and click apply followed by OK. Hopefully after this every time you play a song you will see your selected visualization.
