I use Windows mail, when sending a email, the full address comes up in the "to" field. I want just the name i.e. Bob and not Bob<bob@jungle.com>.
Its most annoying when I am sending to multi people, all their email addresses show, which is not what you want.
How do I stop this happening please.

When you edit a contact->Name and Email tab->there is a box called FULL Name....What ever is there is what shows up.

But if it would just show Bob, any recipient of the message would still be able to see Bob's email address.

If you want to sent to multiple people and not have all the email addresses shown, you need to use the Blind Carbon Copy feature.
