Windows Live Mail dialogue box.

    Windows Live Mail dialogue box pops up every time I want to send or receive emails.
    I just 'cancel' it out, and CAN send and receive thereafter, but it is an annoyance I could do without. I disabled it in 'msconfig', but of course, that stopped me from using it altogether!
    Anyone with a solution please?

    HP Pavilion, i5intel, 5GB Ram, 500HDD, Nvidia Graphics. Windows 7, 64bit, IE 10.
