    Hi,
I use as my OS - WindowsME. I have the latest Windows IE and find that I often encounter "You are not authorized to view this page" especially when I go to a website that I've been before. It usually happens when I attempt to download an .exe FILE or something else. I don't seem to have the problem with Mozilla Firefox where it would come up with something about "object' blocked.
I use Zone Alarm and found by disabling it altogether, I am able (using Firefox as my browser) to get to where I want to go and download. But, with IE (latest version)... I encounter the "You are not authorized ".
I've checked the settings for the Internet Options and several others... even the Privacy settings, etc.
I also use Adware SE which does a good job, but I have as yet to become more fully adept at the settings... Some I've figured out, but not all of them and can only wonder if part of the problem is in this software too?
Anyone have any idea as to the WHY? Send me an e-mail at:

Do you use SpywareBlaster, or used the IE-spyads? If so, one of these sites may be in the Restricted Zone, for good reason.
