Windows explorer error

    Help windows explorer keeps on crashing... i go to the event viewer and this message is given... "faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2800.1106, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.1106, fault address 0x00002b6a "

    What is this?? the pc is not on Internet. only has SP1. :confused: :confused: :confused:
