Windows error

    Hello all I installed my firewall black ice 3.5 version today and this error came up but installed the firewall anyways
    anyone have any idea what this means

    "1 kernal at 0x771c7419 referenced memory at 0x00163460 the memory could not be read
    thanks just curious of what it is and why it came up

    There is no specific answer to your problem unless someone else has experienced it and solved it.

    Unfortunately, computers have become so complex that even the writers of software and operating systems are lost as to some problems.
