Resolved Windows [Drive] Manager updater has stopped

Every 5 minutes or so, I get this pop up that says; Windows Device Manager has stopped working. I have run Malware, Virus and Spyware security programs and it still keeps popping up. What is the cause and how do I stop it?

Thanks for the suggestions but it seems I have solved the problem with a little help from Microsoft. A unknown software had invaded the computer titled Windows Update Manager and was the root of the problem. Even though I had run Malware, Spyware and Virus security checks it did not eradicate the program. Had to go in an manual do it. Now good to go. Thanks again.
