    Win XP Pro SP2
3 drives, 2 in the computer - 1 USB External
    All 3 drives affected
Couple of day's ago I did the following:
    1. installed Broderbund's 250000 Click-Art graphics
    2. Un-installed above
    3. installed DVD X-Copy Platinum
    4. Un-installed above
    5. installed PowerQuest's Drive Image 7
    6. Un-installed above
after this my CD&DVD drives is not recognized by Windows, although, they are listed in Bios and the Device Manager, with yellow flags, and say, "Device Driver Loaded-Windows Cannot Find Device "! on all three. All 3 drives are Alive & Active.
Have done lot's of searching and talking and the bottom line seems to be that I will have to RE-install either/or both Drive Image 7 and DVD X Copy Platinum to put whatever their Un-install took out.
With no workable drives and Windows not being able to find any drives (except the floppies, the 9 card card reader and the external Hard Drive) is there any way to do an install??? Can these programs be installed someway in DOS?
    Any advice greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    DED

DavidED - Welcome to the Board :)

If you have not already done so uninstall/remove your optical drives in Device Manager and reboot.

    Let us know what happens.
