I'm use Winxp SP2 Pro. Edition,

Because NO ANY SOUND CARD. If Windows Found some error, why listen BEEP sound.

I think this BEEP is via motherboard speaker.

If correct, how to DISABLE this motherboard speaker BEEP ?
is windows control panel -> sound effect ? this area?

    Please!

visee, you are correct. To disable the sounds, in sound effect choose No Sound & click apply. Most of the programs are controlled by this settings, but some have their own settings. If you are still getting the beep sound in some programs, check that programs property.

No real problem, but you will no longer hear any BIOS beeps if there is a motherboard hardware problem in the future.
