    Help!!

My computer has suddenly turned windows 90 degrees to the left. The mouse has also turned orientation as well. When I first log on, everything shows up normally and it is only once windows starts that the screen turns on its side.

I have checked out "display" and "settings" in the control panel and everything seems OK. It still operates/works normally except for having to turn my head over onto my left shoulder to see my work.

Has anyone experienced this before, and what should I do to rectify the situation. We have spoken to 4 computer "experts" locally but none of them have had experience with this problem before.

    Cheers,
    Bernard

some of the new video card drivers allow you to rotate the image, those fancy LCD panels pivot, so you can read an entire page in normal aspect.

Right click on your desktop-properties-settings-advanced and look around.

    Hi. Thanks for your replies.

    Problem solved!!! Hurray!!!! :D

I've found the answer to my problem by ringing the manufacturer. They said to try "Intel Extreme Graphics" within the Control Panel and there'd be a Rotation tab. Sure enough, there it was, with 90 degrees checked off, so I clicked on 'normal' and everything was fixed. Simple, but I needed to know where to go first.

    Thanks again,
    Bernard :D
