    Every time I play with Windows 8, I'm glad I own Windows 7.

    I like the Aero look much better too.

    I just hope that Microsoft is listening to its customers and will design Windows 9 with desktop users in mind. If Windows 9 brings back the Start Menu and gives users a choice with whether they want to use the touch features already implemented in Windows 8 or not then I think this will be a smart move.

    Is it becoming the *norm* in the software industry (and maybe elsewhere) to ignore customer likes and dislikes?
