Windows 7 will not install

I had to be the first on the block to down load 7. However it will not install, error msg says I need to remove AVG Anti virus, google toolbar and update drivers for ports(com & lpt) LGE mobile usb serial port com 5 and port 8. I've reinstalled and uninstalled six times: AVG and google toolbar, connected LGE and reinstalled on ports 5 and 8. I've disconnected all peripherals only keyboard and mouse. Still get same message. I'm currently running Vista SP2. Does anyone have ideas with out doing a major overhaul?
