Windows 7 vs Xerox Workcentre C2424

    I have been unable to print in color with the Xerox Workcentre C2424 PS and cannot download driver. Windows will not open the Add Printer box. What to do?

    Do you get any sort of error message when trying to open the add printer dialog box?

    What version of Windows 7 are you running?

    What's the nature of that problem - drivers are here .....

    WorkCentre C2424 Drivers and Downloads

    Or is this a question of terminology - you can download the driver from Xerox, but you cannot install it?
