    Hi All,
    This has been resolved by MS now. I found the attached on the Engineering Windows blog- Capture.JPG
    So if anything tries to change the settings of the UAC the black screen warning will ask for confirmation.

    I fully expected that to happen. In fact, in the current public build (7000) you can see that the OK button has the 'elevation required' icon embossed on it, although it didn't ask for elevation...
