    Hello all,

I am using Windows 7 on an HP dv4t. When I put the laptop into sleep and open it a few minutes later (less than a half hour perhaps?) it goes into Windows fine. However, if I were to say put in into sleep for the night, the next morning (or a few hours later) it will have a BSOD and I will be forced to restart.

Anyone have any suggestions for how to get rid of this or even what is causing it?

    Thanks!

    Welcome to WindowsBBS;)

Can you see the STOP 0x?? error code in the BSOD? If so, it can be googled.
