Windows 2004 - "This will take a while" - How true

Just installed the latest update on my desktop and was surprised, nay, disappointed, to find just how long the installation process took. By my reckoning it must have been almost four hours. The last phase, with the immortal words above, took nearly two hours.

However, all went successfully.

The only annoyance, criticism, that I have is that when the update was completed there was virtual tour of the new features that appeared automatically. Given time restraints I had to close down without viewing this "tour".

Is there any way to return to it, or is it lost forever?

 

That is why I do updates when I am finished with the computer at night before I go to bed. Been doing it that way for probably 20 years or more.

 

Aha! I think I have solved the mystery. Type "Tips" as a search term and you get a link to the Tips app which ends up via Bing (ugh!) in Edge (double ugh!) and away you go.

 

Did you get the "latest" Edge?
If not you will be pestered to Download and install.
It's a lot better than earlier versions and will be more acceptable.
