I had thought I had created my new user ID with administrative rights but somehow I am getting errors trying to load software saying you do not have efficient rights see your system admin. I would like to know how I can give this ID I have created exclusive rights...It seems when I get the error and I check security of that particular area of where I am trying to work and it does not show my new User Id as one in the list. I keep having to continually add it...can someone please help me to set this ID to that I have access to everything without any problems like this...its my own home PC for crying out loud!!! Thanks very much!! Have a wonderful day!!!!!

Remove the account from any other groups.

It will be able to use only the most restrictive set of rights it has so membership in a group with only user rights will keep it at that level even if it is also a member of the admin group.
