I can not get the dialer to pop up automatically using the Netscape browser line. IE works fine, click on the IE icon and the dialer wants to dial out. It is set automatically in the options.

However, it doesn't work from Netscape and or Norton products. I have to always bring up the connection first.

    Please advise.

    Hello Ken,

    From Netscape 4.79 Release Notes:

    Windows 2000:
If you use a dialup (modem) connection and want Communicator to dial over that connection when you start the program, follow these steps:

    1.Open the Control Panel.
    2.Select Administrative Tools, then Services.
3.Change the Remote Access Auto Configuration Manager service to "Automatic (at startup)."

Let us know if this is a solution for your problem.
