After upgrading to Windows 10 I am unable to initiate a backup. I get a response from my Seagate Manager app that "No external drives were found. Make sure your external drive is connected and turned on." However, using Explorer I can see the drive and the files.and I can copy files to the external drive .and launch files that are on the external drive. Any ideas?

Did you check with Seagate to see if there is a new app?
