Windows 10 new clipboard feature

    This is actually rather useful and the ability to "pin" through several restarts is invaluable.

    However I am becoming increasingly irritated by the fact that when I press the winkey+Z combination the placement of the window seems to be totally at random on the screen. Sometimes it obscures the document I am working on, at other times, working on the same document, it doesn't.

    Is here any way to force the pop-up to appear in one consistent location?
