Resolved Windows 10 and MS Works 8

    Is installing MS Works 8 on Windows 10 possible?
    If not, is there any way I can access and use the several databases I originally set up?

    Why don't you try, worst case, it will tell you that it can not be installed. if that happens, you can download open office to use your files

    MS Works 9 is compatible with Windows 10 64 bit - I use the data base function on a daily basis with no issues. It also opens databases created many years ago (e.g. 2001) in previous versions of Works..

    As Sven posted - try installing Works 8 - may need to use Compatibility mode - it will either install - or not :)

    I haven't yet installed Windows 10 but, as you suggest, Sven, I shall give it a try.
    Pete C - I tried upgrading to Works 9 some time ago and I had to revert to Works 8 because 9 would not open the existing databases.
