    Hi all,
when clicking on a link in IE the next browser window opens in a small size. How can I get IE to open the next browser window maximised?

I am sure you will get advice along the lines of ....

Open the second window, open it again, close the first and maximise the second and then close that holding down the Shift key, but this may not work on a secondary window when reopened.

For several years I've used IE New Window Maximizer - works well and freeware.

Thanks PeteC, the first suggestion didn't work (found it a tad confusing), but the IE New Window Maximizer works fine.
    Thanks again
    Cheers Axel
