    Hi,

I have one PC (installed with WinXP SP2) used by 2 users.

The key combination Window logokey+E normally opens Windows Explorer/My computer, this work normally, when user one is logged in on the PC. But for some reason this doesn't work, when user two is logged in.

Instead user two get the quicksearch window, when pressing the logokey+E.

I seems as the keycombination has been redirected to another program (instead of explorer/my computer) for the user two, and not as machine problem?

Any ideas or suggestions on how this can be set back so the shortcut work the standard way again??

    Thanks
    Jan

Can the user obtain explorer/my computer by clicking the 'folders' button? View > toolbars > check "Standard buttons" to turn them on.

Yes, that works fine. If I start the explorer from the startmenu, then every thing works normal including the standard buttons
