First off, is English your 1st language?
Second: Are you trying to say Windows 2000 never actuallys boots to a log on dialog or desktop? Just freezes at the startup screen? Did this problem occur after changing hardware or OS settings? If so, change ur hardware back. If it came out of nowhere, try resetting your BIOS to the Default settings.
