Win98SE on a Athalon 64 system

    Is Win98 compatable with the Athalon 64 system running 32 bytes. I need a new machine to run Win98 & legacy applications and would like to upgrade to a AMD Athalon 64 motherboard for the future. Is Win 98 Compatable or where can I go to find out. I am looking at a full AMD based HP, Emachine, Dell or other packaged deal. Please note I must be able to run ALL my exisiting programs originaly written for Win95 and Win98 on the new system. I have been advised by persons who have tried that Win XP will not run some of these.

    FYI - I am running Win 98SE on a Virtual PC (using MS Virtual PC 2004) on an Asus A8V mobo with AMD Athlon 64 3500+ without any problems.
