Win32k.sys errors

I have been getting Win32k.sys errors ALOT when I am playing games.

Here are my computer Specs:

AMD 64 3200+
DFI Lan Party Ultra-D Mobo w/ nForce4 Chipset
1024 MB RAM
SATA 7,200RPM 80GB HD
Windows XP Pro w/ SP2


The error appears with EVERY game I play and makes me restart my system.

 

This wasn't the Win32k.sys error, but it was my latest error. I will see if I can get the Win32k.sys error to appear again.
