Win32.Parite(B)

Hi, I have Win32.Parite(B) on my pc and I have run a BitDefender Parite Remover Tool but it keeps finding a file (always .tmp and in C:\windows\temp, the name keeps changing), and the remover tool turns off the programs one by one because it can't remove the file, and eventually shuts down my computer, the file is infected, as are most programs.

I'm using windows 98
