win2k- day and time

    Help this machine is possesed.
    I adjust time to the right time (eastern time), minutes are ok but the hour will not changed only the minutes. Is this bizarre or what!!!.

    Can you manually set the hour and have it remain?

    Is the time zone set correctly?

    Is the PC getting a time synch from some server somewhere (on your network or from the internet)?
