Win2000 Creative Launcher

    I am running W2k OS. After the PC boots up and into @ 30m my taskbar "freezes UP" and then when I go to do a "shutdown" it gives a problem with the Creative Launcher. Happens consistently. ie. every time I boot up. Eventually it ask to End Task and I do so. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
