One of the Startup services called "Fax Service" is causing powerdown problem. It takes so long to Shutdown or Restart the computer. Disabling it from the Administrative Tools solves the problem but then I can't use my fax.
How can I have a fast powerdown and have a full time fax service? Please help.

    Hi RCG
Welcome to the boards. Have you been through msconfig to uncheck all unneccessary apps from loading at start up?
