Since now, all the PC's which i installed XP on them had either 256 or 512MB RAM and they all worked perfectly.

Now, i have a Celeron 1GH overclocked to 1.1GH and with 192MB RAM (128MB & 64MB) and a 40 GB HD ... do u think it can handle the xp pro since it does not have 256 RAM ?

    Thanks!

Well, it will run... better the 128MB, but probably a bit more sluggish then with 256MB.

My XP is currently using some 400MB (of 1GB).... (running Outlook 2003, 3 IE windows, Word 2003, and a bunch of smaller stuff).

our organization runs 600mhz AMD's with 192mb or RAM. Nothing intestive, keeps them running fine. No complaints about speed of programs over the past year (about 100 clients) so we are pleased with them.
