I just installed Server 2003 on a new server, and after I installed SP1 the system won't boot. I get an error message saying that the file system32\drivers\pci.sys is corrupted. I login to the recovery console and I use the DOS commands to get to the file, but I don't know how to repair it.

I have not installed the video card drivers, could that be part of the problem?

Do you know how to do a repair install?
That will roll it back pre Sp1
Are there any RAID controllers that require drivers? They will be needed for Windows to see the OS during Repair.

I fixed it, I reinstalled everything, then I installed the drivers for the video card, then I installed SP 1 and it worked.
