I would like to install win 7 on drive 0 and win xp on drive 1, both drives have two partitions. Would this be easy to do?

If you install XP first it's a piece of cake. Simply put - its just two seperate installs...Win 7 will detect XP and create the boot menu so you can select whiich OS when you first turn on the machine.

    Nope it shouldn't matter.

Keep in mind that once setup that you can't just unplug one of the drives.
