Windows 7 just notified me that I have an "optional update" for my Cirque touchpad so I had it installed and of course now the touchpad no longer works! I would like to remove that update but can't find anywhere to do so. It appears in the "Installed Updates" list but not in the list to un-install it. Anybody know how I go about getting rid of this update?
    Thanks

Either go into Device Manager and roll back the driver or use System Restore.

It is inadvisable to install hardware drivers through Windows Update - always go direct to the manufacturer's web site.
