    Hi guys,

    I have question,

Win 32bit system , that RAM max support 3GB, is base XP PRO SP3 ?

    how about Win.7 ?

    Win 7 is 2 version (32bit and 64bit ?)
    if choose win.7 (32bit) , can support over 3GB ram ? I installed 6GB RAM.

All 32 bit OS systems are the same - the limit on RAM is 4 Gb. It is a restriction of the 32 bit system.

If you want to use all of the 6 Gb you should choose 7 x64.

    thanks ,
    (1) how about "win 7 starter" ? can possible upgrade to "64bit" starter ?

    (2) if only "32bit" windows, for me, 6gb ram, windows only max used 3gb, other 3gb goto where? if used "RAMDISK ", can used that windows un-support that "3gb" ?

    thanks!

1: NO, there's no 64-bit version available for Starter.

2: The other 3GB go wasted (unused). Maybe you can use a RAM disk, but that's quite useless anyway.
