Win 32 Kernel

    Do I allow this connection ?
    I run Ad-aware , Spyboy and Sygate but can't find where to get the right path to enter into these programs or Applications so I can set it to allow access ? Thanks if you can help !!

    If it is really called Win 32 Kernel (with the spaces and that capitalization) then no, absolutely do not.

    If it was win32Kernel and especially if the packet were ICMP, it would probably be your ISP trying to verify that your PC was connected and is legit. Block it and they may shut you off.

    If you want to be on the safe side, block it and if nothing happens, you are fine. If you start getting shut off from the internet shortly after blocking the packet, verify with your ISP that they are doing it and if so, allow that particular ICMP packet.

    Sysgate will get as complicated as you set it up to be, in this case it sounds like you got it configured to monitor DLL files. This is a great feature, and you can check if it is indeed part of the OS. Just Find the file, right click on it, and select Properties.
