win 2k and irq's

Hi great to be part of this forum as an avid win 2k user.
I do have a problem, that is probabaly just my stupidity but i have an old fast dv master capture card and need to find a way to get the irq to be set at 10 for the card.
i have tried many configurations but everyime i manage to get the card to set at irq10 then add the adaptec scsi controller card it forces the capture card to take up irq 5.
has anybody any experience setting up a similar capture card or setting irq's like this.
i really appreciate your help.
