    I have a Dell Latitude D610 laptop that has windows XP on it.
    Can I install windows 7 on this laptop will the drivers on my cd work ok this if I install win 7 32 bitl

    Download and run Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor to see if that laptop is compatible.

    If Windows 7 doesn't have the drivers you may need to search for some that work.

    Do as Wiskeyman suggested. My opinion, it probably will but if you have not added any RAM it will be slow as Christmas. Specs shows it came with 512MB and I am sure that some of that is being used for the graphics card also.
    Processor is a Pentium M 760 (2.00Ghz w/ 533Mhz FSB). I am willing to bet that it will be pretty slow.
