Will not shut down

    Does not shut down but restarts. Copmputer has to be turned off. Error report from Microsoft states the problem is caused by a 'device driver'. Ideas where to start and what to do? Thanks.

    Look in the Event Log ? You may have to enable something to record messages during shutdown however.
