johngkerr--The standard fix for non-working hyperlinks in OE is
    http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q177/0/54.asp
    0r
    http://help.att.net/docs/use/email/...tm?customercontent=customer_news&formType=FAQ

Don't know about Favorites not linking, but fixing those URL associations should help.

Concerning cloudload.dat, yes, it is part of Kazaa. What it does? See
    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=cloudload.dat
Or for more, do a google search on cloudload without the .dat.

P.S. It is better not to post questions in more than one forum. That way all answers are together.

Cloudload.dat is a component of KaZaA which appears to act as a loading engine for other bad stuff, i.e., spyware.

You might want to use Kazaalite, which is a version of Kazaa from which the spyware has been removed.

John you double posted so I left a post in your other thread.

John didn't I suggest you uninstall the full Kazaa a few days/weeks ago?

You should probably update SpyBot and Adaware and rerun thm also.
