Im Chris and am having some problems.

As you can see, I have an ATI GeCube Radeon x1650 and this will be my third re-install since im having issues playing video files. NOw, Im having troubles with the command center. Just wondering if this is necessary since it has 3D settings and such. If, for example, I dont install it will 3D games such as StarCraft 2 work?

The driver was installed by Windows as Radeon X1650 like it used to be in thew CD. Im downloading the Command Center of it but it always fails. If I install it from the CD, the graphics driver will also conflicts as YOU MUST install the driver from the CD in which Windows already did.

Problem was solved after downloading the latest EXE software from AMD Radeon. it brutefully installed the graphics driver and also the latest comand center of my graphics card.

PS: I hate it when I ask questions and then I simply have the solution right after I post questions. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Though my question is still a question as we first assembled our PC, the command center program of the graphics were not visible when I right click it. My motherboard has an built in Intel Graphics Accelerator GM940 something. Do I need that or just ignore it and use my current Radeon X1650 graphics adaptor

My recommendation is to uninstall the Intel software. When you install a new adapter, the BIOS should disable the onboard adapter (check by connecting to the onboard adapter and starting up with that). Having both sets of "manager" software may have caused the original problem.
